When you refer a member to another member or non-member, you have stated very clearly that you have trust in both parties. The vendor you have referred now has the responsibility (and golden opportunity) of providing goods and services aimed at the customer’s satisfaction. And the customer has the responsibility of paying the vendor in a timely fashion.
Both parties should be well aware of what is expected of the other, both money, time and deliverables.
