Referrals

Refer one business to another and watch everyone's business grow--including yoursWhen you refer a member to another member or non-member, you have stated very clearly that you have trust in both parties.¬† The vendor you have referred now has the responsibility (and golden opportunity) of providing goods and services aimed at the customer’s satisfaction.¬† And the customer has the responsibility of paying the vendor in a timely fashion.

Both parties should be well aware of what is expected of the other, both money, time and deliverables.

Referrals can happen:

  • By using the Chamber’s Business Directory
  • Keeping good membership standing
  • Committee Participation

 Business Directory

One of the best features of the Business Directory is the ability to refer businesses by sending a private email directly to members. The email is safe and needs to be white-listed only once rather than each person’s email–this avoids junk-email issues and ensures referrals are handled far me expediently than waiting for the next meeting to issue the referral.
