Quartz Hill offers many different networking events to help you network your business with other chamber members.

Monthly Business Luncheon

We meet at Rancho Vista Golf Club in Palmdale on the First Wednesday of every month at 11:30 AM. Our guest speakers talk about local business topics including:

  • Customer Service
  • Technology
  • Human Resources
  • Accounting & Taxes
  • Marketing & PR
  • Leadership & Management

Format of the meeting:

  1. Welcome
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Invocation
  4. Introduction of notable visitors
  5. Lunch (buffet-style)
  6. Self-introductions (who you are, what you do)
  7. Featured speaker presents
  8. New members recognition
  9. Community and Business Announcements (e.g. special offers), limited to members.
  10. Raffle prizes using your luncheon ticked stub.
  11. Free lunch drawing (includes all lunch tickets)

  13. Close

Members meet every 1st Wednesday of each month in the main Banquet room.  There’s always a great selection in the buffet and it’s always a delicious and delightfully-varied menu at each and every meeting.

The door price for a meal is $20.  You may pay at the door with check, cash or credit card.

Grand Openings & Ribbon Cuttings:

Announce your Grand Opening to our member base to draw new business into yours. Any new member opening a business includes a visit by the Chamber president, Ambassadors, Quartz Hill Queens.

Annual Installation of Officers

A great chance for Members to meet other members, honor retiring officers, and welcome incoming officers. The installation is held at the General Membership Luncheon each July. Officers are selected from the elected Directors by an Election Committee and voted in place by the Board of Directors to fulfill a one year term. Directors are elected by the general membership for a three year term each. Vacant Director positions can be filled by appointment (for the remaining term of the seat) by the President, but require ratification from the Board of Directors.
